Talkplace collects the following data:

•  Book a telephone appointment via our website’s appointment booker.

Talkplace collects your data so that we can:

•  Email you to confirm a telephone appointment booked through the online booking system.

Talkplace will not share your data with any other companies seeking to offer you their products and services.

Talkplace will keep your personal details (name, email, phone number) for a period of 3 months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data permanently from our system, unless we have your express permission to continue to hold your data. Clients of our counselling services should speak directly with their therapist about personal data which is held by the therapist.

Talkplace will not send you information about products and services from third party companies nor from Talkplace, beyond any communications relating to your initial enquiry.

You have the right at any time to stop Talkplace from contacting you for any reason. If you wish your details to be removed from the Talkplace database, please use the contact form and write Unsubscribe in the message window, or email paul.carslake@gmail.com and write 'Unsubscribe' in the subject line.
