I am a trained psychodynamic psychotherapist, working both in the charity sector and private practice. I have a BSc. in Psychology and Criminology from the Open University, and an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling from Birkbeck, University of London.

As a member of the BACP, I adhere to their confidentiality and ethics standards.

Depression, anxiety, separation, LGBT+ issues, trauma.

I offer a free initial phone consultation of 20 minutes, during which we can decide whether I am able to help you. There is no commitment during the session, and if it is determined that I am not able to assist you, I will propose other options, so you would be able to make a choice of which route seems to suit you best.

If you decide you would like to work together, sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £65. Payment can be made by cash, direct debit or bank transfer. This can be done weekly or monthly, as you prefer.

We would meet once weekly, at the same allocated time you choose. Both open-ended therapy and time-limited therapy can be offered; with a minimum of 12 sessions as a basis.
